Where do we meet?
The tour starts at the Jetboat Base in Bönigen on the shores of Lake Brienz. Access by car, local bus, public boat or train and walk is possible.
Should I book ahead?
Yes! Time slots fill fast - especially when the mountains are dusted in fresh snow—so booking in advance is the best way to lock in your adventure.
Can I bring my own phone or camera on board?
No, handheld devices are not allowed during the ride (for safety). But the crew provides a photo/video package you can purchase afterward.
What should I wear?
Think full winter mode: warm layers, a solid jacket, gloves, and sturdy shoes. We’ll equip you with extra protective gear, but arriving prepared keeps you toasty.
Will I get wet or cold during the ride?
